Joseph Herdé, PMP, brings over 14 years experience in IT and Project Management, and is certified as a MCP and CNA. Working for both IBM Global Services and EDS, Joe has provided his project management expertise to global telecommunications and energy companies. Joe holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University

Kathy Quinn, PCLP, brings over 16 years experience in IT Consulting.  As a Senior Consultant for Lotus Professional Services, Kathy led the development team in the creation of a custom reporting application for large government agency including documentation of software requirements, and solution design architecture using Domino. Kathy has also designed and developed purchasing system interfaces to SAP system using Lotus Domino and Lotus Enterprise Integration. Kathy is also skilled in Visual Basic.

Martin Thurmann, PCLP, brings extensive in knowledge management products. As a Consultant for Lotus Professional Services, Martin was a primary technical contact for the Lotus Discovery System (K-station and LDS), Domino.Doc 3.0, Domino Workflow and Domino Extended Search. Martin also has hands-on experience         integrating Microsoft Exchange/Active Directory with Lotus Domino. Martin is fluent in German.

Niel Revelle, Dual PCLP, brings over 7 years experience in Lotus Notes application development  and system administration to the TCG team. Niel is the second person on the TCG team to hold Principal Level Certifications in both application development  and system administration, which is a unique distinction. Fluent in Lotus technology and Java, Niel has been a consultant for Lotus Professional Services and EDS.  Niel is currently working on projects for NEC America and EDS.

Richard Liu, CLP, brings over 10 years of experience, with extensive knowledge of Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL Server, and UNIX. A former consultant with Lotus/IBM China (Shanghai). Richard is a dual CLP for Lotus R5 and most recently completed projects for one of the largest insurance carriers in Toronto. Richard has completed a number of projects integrating DB2 and Oracle back end data using Lotus Enterprise Integrator. Richard is fluent in English and Chinese.

Matt Levy, CLP, brings specialized development and integration skills including Lotus Sametime, Java, C++, and UML. Matt successfully implemented a Sametime Extranet solution for a global manufacturing company and has completed doctoral work in Computer Science, focusing on Computational Complexity and Artificial Intelligence. Matt is a former consultant with Lotus Professional Services. He also plays some mean Blues, which means his guitar travels with him..
