TCG Staff Christopher Byrne is the Managing Director and Technology/Government Services Practice Manager of The Cayuga Group, LLC. Mr. Byrne has over 14 years experience in Contract & Project Management, Accounting, and Web Application Development. He is a Principal CLP Application Developer for Lotus Notes R4.6 and R5, and is a Principal CLP System Administrator for Lotus Notes R5. He is the Director of the nonprofit International Development Network, a news and information portal for the sustainable development community. Mr. Byrne has held an unlimited warrant as a Contracting Officer for the Federal Government, providing contracting support for the United States Navy TOMAHAWK Cruise Missiles Project, the United States Agency for International Development, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Though not licensed as a CPA (TM), he did pass all four sections of the the Uniform CPA Exam in the Fall of 1995. When not developing applications for clients, Mr. Byrne is a Stage Manager for ESPN, CBS Sports, and Jefferson Pilot Sports. Mr. Byrne is a 1984 Graduate of Niagara University (and yes that is where Calvin Murphy played basketball!) and has completed graduate studies at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
